Plonkapalooza: Putting wines to the test

Five years ago we challenged ourselves to find a better way to help you locate small production wines at a good price. We began with $10 wines and now we look for $12 bottles. Once a year, we taste 50 wines in a blow-out afternoon we call Plonkapalooza. Joining wine writer Stephen Meuse this year were sommeliers (from left): Bronwyn Wiechmann of T.W. Food in Cambridge, Michael Meagher of BOKX 109 and Hotel Indigo in Newton, and Eric Buxton of 51 Lincoln in Newton Highlands.
