Pumpkin macaroni and cheese
The kitchen has always been my favorite place to be and like most city dwellers, I have a small kitchen, but I didnt want that to keep me from creating my own recipes and cooking up a storm. In 2009, I created The Small Boston Kitchen, a blog that captures my recipes and food photography and what eventually led me to a career change. This past January, after a 7-year stint in the corporate world, I quit my job to attend culinary school and start my own personal chef and catering business, The Skinny Beet. My food is simple and exciting at the same time, with classic dishes that are approachable and creative but with a special, seasonal twist.
