Dr. Paul Farmer enjoys a moment of singing and dancing in the Children's HIV day care center at Partners in Health/ Inshuti Mu Buzima's Rwinkwavu Hospital in rural Rwanda. With the help of the Rwandan Ministry of Health and the Clinton Foundation, Farmer went in with American and Rwandan workers to rebuild the facility and find Rwandan doctors and nurses.
