Peak Organic produce three types of beer, a pale ale, left, a nut brown ale, and an amber ale. In the spring the company will unveil a fourth, their maple oat ale, a beer brewed in 250 gallon tanks that is comprised entirely of New England ingredients, including organic maple syrup.
