Going carbon neutral: not so easy
Norway set an early example in pledging to go carbon neutral. But this story in the New York Times points out that the pledge from Norway and other places, like the Vatican and even Wal-Mart, often come with lots of caveats, 'like home-run records buoyed by steroids.'
Some trends live on, but some may fade, like free, city-wide WiFi and bottled water.
