Green confab comes to Boston in April

Posted by David Beard, Boston.com Staff March 24, 2008 07:22 PM

US Rep. Ed Markey and former CIA director James Woolsey are among the speakers at a gathering of climate change activists in Boston in mid-April.

On their website, the organizers, calling themselves Massachusetts Power Shift, say this:

'Massachusetts Power Shift is a world changing event from April 11th-14th, where over one thousand citizens will converge in Boston to learn, connect, get inspired, and take action to solve the climate crisis and chart the path to a just, sustainable future.'
