Today, Erin Ailworth had a notable story about the gas prices dipping below $2 for the first time
in exactly three years, eight months and 10 days.

How low can the prices go?

  1. No, I'm not driving more. And, since I sold my car, I won't be tempted to do so.
This is only a temporary drop in price; the oil depletion is still ahead, it hasn't gone away. I've changed my life-style permanently, preparing for a future in which oil will have very little part. I'm working to find ways not to use oil, and getting off the grid and into self-sufficiency.
