Christmas is finally here, which means that Santa has a big night ahead of him. But how does he work himself into tip-top shape in order to guide his reindeer millions of miles, hoist heavy bags of present atop his shoulders, and slide down more chimneys than he can count? Alexa Pozniak assembled a panel of experts from the Boys and Girls Club in South Boston to weigh in.
