Lay off the double cheeseburgers right before bed
If you're getting ready to tuck into bed, it's probably not a great idea to dive into a burger, steak or plate of lasagna. While there's not universal agreement about exactly how damaging it is to eat shortly before going to bed, specialists generally concur it's not advisable to down a calorie-rich, fat-heavy meal late at night.
