Inside Mass. General Hospital's museum

The museum displays a number of artifacts related to both the hospital and the history and evolution of medical practice. Displayed here are MGH-related artifacts including a model of its original hospital, the still-standing Bulfinch Building, which opened to patients in 1821; a commemorative plate with the Bulfinch image and a needle cushion that once belonged to the hospital cofounder Dr. John Collins Warren.
