What if I told you it's perfectly normal to look pregnant even after giving birth. How about that while breastfeeding helps you lose calories, it's likely you'll need to supplement with even more calories to generate a good supply. Oh, and all that hunching over and slouching you've been doing... totally normal. But you'll have to mindfully work to regain that perfect posture you once had.

While it's unrealistic to expect gaining momshell status weeks (even months) after your pregnancy, it is possible to regain your energy, your motivation, and a sense of your pre-pregnancy self.
