To get a faster and more advanced full body workout Bellew suggests simply doing one rep of exercises 1 through 7 one right after the other in a fluid motion using appropriate weight. To start, do a squat and bring hands all the way to the floor on either side of feet, jump back into a plank, do rows, do a push up, jump feet back to hands, stand up, do bicep curl into overhead press into tricep extension and back to start. Repeat. Do it as many times as you can in good form.* Make sure to stretch when you are done
