Float like a butterfly

You’ll be green with envy - and green inspired - at The Newport Flower Show at Rosecliff, one of those little summer cottages along the shore. The historic mansion’s elegant reception rooms and oceanfront lawn house floral designs themed “Glorious Green, the Natural Path.’’ A butterfly house on the front lawn is the official entrance to the show, and the butterflies will be released on Sunday afternoon. June 26 from 10:30 a.m.-5 p.m. (June 27 and 28 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.). $15, $20 day of show, $24 for two “Bring a Friend’’ tickets on Sunday.
