Yes, T.J. Maxx has a new store in Newton. And yes, its runway section has $1,300 Ralph Lauren dresses. But for a small treat for ourselves (or, since that time is quickly approaching, a stocking stuffer), we liked the Braciano laminated wallets (near the runway section, toward the front of the store),
