Movie night, discounts in Inman Square tomorrow
If you don't have plans tomorrow night (and if the weather holds out), you might want to take a blanket or a lawn chair to Inman Square's East Cambridge Savings Bank parking lot for the neighborhood's annual Movie Night & Neighborhood Social. Activities start at 7 with a free yoga session from Kundalini Yoga Boston followed by a balloon show from Jungle Jim's and then the movie at 8:15 (hint: it includes a DeLorean and a flux capacitor). Area businesses will be offering discounts, including Boutique Fabulous (10 percent off everything in the store with a Movie Night flyer); Lorem Ipsum Books (15 percent off books that have been made into movies); Inman Oasis (10 percent off gift certificates); Franco's Hair Studio and Spa 163 (20 percent off services for new clients); and others. This isn't to mention the free chips and salsa, popcorn, lemonade, candy, and bottled water at the movie, thanks to another group of Inman businesses.
