We’ve been spending time on new group-buying site CoupTessa since it launched in Boston earlier this month. The site, which is geared toward women (though guys can buy, too), offers discounts of around 50-90 percent on spa and salon services, fitness classes, and more. Deals right now include couples’ and singles’ massages at Republic of Wellness (Quincy); deals coming later this week include steeply discounted classes at Redline Fight Sports (Cambridge).
