The Ides of March may be tomorrow, but today is a day to celebrate, at least if you're fond of math. A few spots around town will be serving up deals for Pi Day, among them:
--Beacon Hill Bistro is offering a slice of pie and a cup of coffee for $3.14 during its breakfast service from 7-10 a.m.
--Petsi Pies (Somerville location) is giving pies away to those who can recite the sequence to 10, 100, or all 314 digits (starting at 1:59 p.m.).
--Charles Hotel is offering 31.4 percent off reservations made today for stays between March 19th and April 2nd.
--The MIT Museum is offering 20-50 percent off select items in its store through Sunday (to mark both Pi Day and Albert Einstein's birthday).
A big thank you to reader Allison Looney for these tips.
