THE TERM “MINIMOON”has cropped up lately around the weddings world, and even if the name is new, the concept is tried and true: a short trip the bride and groom take right after the wedding, with plans for a longer, perhaps more elaborate honeymoon later. It’s the best of both worlds. You can lose the stress of planning a big trip on top of the wedding, but still spend those first few days relaxing together and celebrating being newlyweds.
