  1. How do you get over losing someone you thought was your best friend because you fell for them and they did not feel the same way? Can you be friends again?

  1. I think Rico would be Ricardo Maltoban. Hoss would be the guy on the Dos Equis commercials, "the most interesting man in the world". He speaks french, in russian.

    Sally would be Bea Arthur.

Kathleen would be Sally field. I like!!

  1. To the guest who was upset that the girl never pays, I had another thought...

When the bill comes, just ask if her offer to pay was serious. Something to the effect of "You had offered to pay for this in the last email. I can still pay if you want, but I'd also be happy to let you pay."

  1. i know it happens but its hard when you lose someone you really valued having in your life.................but in response to comment by 1/4 cent-what if after they knew you fell for them, they intentionally did things to hurt you and you cut them out- but you still care about them and hate the fact that you lost them as a friend and wonder if you should give them another chance?

  1. in response to 1/4 cent. something similar happened to me. what if after someone knew you fell for them, they intentionally did things to hurt you and you cut them out............but you still care about them a lot and wonder if you should give them another chance-because you always thought they were a friend and someone you really valued having in your life?

  1. " I've lost a friend. " is PAST.
do you dwell in past without closure ?
or do you like to live in present ?

  1. I know it happens but its hard when you lose someone you really valued having in your life.................
    >did they die ?
    >if they are alive , seek counseling to get a closure
they don't feel the same way. Have you ASKED ? don't ASSUME as time passes.

but in response to comment by 1/4 cent-
what if after they knew you fell for them, they intentionally did things to hurt you
    > you KNEW , so any STEPS you have taken, to take care of yourself ?
    and you cut them out-
    > do they KNOW ?
but you still care about them
    > how do you show you CARE ? do they accept or reject your care?
and hate the fact that you lost them as a friend
    > did they die ?
    > if they are alive, do they treat you as enemies or stranger ? SPEAK UP. go >confront them if they mean so much to you one last time. are you afraid they will >judge you, humiliate you, be sarcastic or approaching doom syndrome ?
    >if they SAY for sure they don't feel the same way, get counseling to get closure, >MOVE ON.

and wonder if you should give them another chance?
    > are you an independent person in 21st century or 19th or other?
    >Wondering, Wishing and hoping will get you no where. Be the go-getter in your >personal life as you are in your career.
    >WORK at your COMMUNICATION skills.

  1. blaming who now ? blame game YOURSELF ! if a good reason does not exist for many things like having a baby, not cutting a cord of 9 yr relationships, I do not see why a good reason should exist for this one?

  1. in response to counseling-well, i know that life is short that is why i did let this person know how i felt.................as if the fact that they did not feel the same way wasnt bad enough............... but for them to go out of their way to be hurtful was not something i ever expected, certainly not from this person...........so am still shocked by that.............and its hard when you care about someone-you dont expect that they would hurt you intentionally. i did let them know that they hurt me by what they did but if they really cared they would have then gone out of the way to make amends rather than walk away..............of course most people would say that after what they did i should not ever even talk to this person and most likely i wont.............i am just trying to come to terms with being hurt by someone I really care/cared for and trying to move past the pain...............

  1. Your problem is that you want a woman who measure life in moments, not minutes? Really? Seems a tortured distinction, even for a clever attorney such as yourself.
