Rachael Ray
Born into a family where food was the centerpiece of living, Rachael Ray spent time as a child in Mashpee and Falmouth on Cape Cod, where her family owned a restaurant called The Carvery. As a television show host, Rachael has made her name in the kitchen, but she'd be the first to correct you if you called her a chef. The queen of 30 Minute Meals (that title became her trademark and the name of the first of her three Food Network shows), Rachael is known for using boxed ingredients, short cuts, and things found in regular homes rather than the well-stocked pantries of gourmet chefs.
