The Acadia Institute of Oceanography, located in Seal Harbor, ME, offers one and two week programs to students who wish to explore careers in marine science. Working onboard boat, at the tidal pools, beaches, salt marshes and in the lab, students will learn about the physical, chemical and biological aspects of oceanography.

Buckingham Browne & Nichols Summer Programs
BB&N offers two summer programs for high schoolers: 1) Critical Languages, Global Politics & Diplomacy, which combines instruction in Russian, Arabic, or Chinese with study of global politics and diplomacy; 2) College Counseling, a program that gives students without previous access to in-depth college counseling a head start before their senior year.

Institute for Television, Film and Radio Production
The Institute for Television, Film & Radio Production is a five-week summer program at Boston Universitys College of Communication that offers high school students a complete media production experience.
