Local shops will once again participate in Midnight Madness, according to the Winchester Chamber of Commerce. This year, Winchester Center shops will be open from 6 p.m. to midnight Monday offering special sales and promotions. Holiday shoppers will be serenaded by musical groups and enjoy refreshments as they support local businesses.
