Man leads police on car chase from Randolph to West Bridgewater, police say

A Randolph man was arrested on numerous charges Wednesday evening after leading police on a car chase through a number of communities at speeds over 65 miles per hour, said Randolph police.

Poorandeo Singh, 45, led authorities on a chase that began on High Street in Randolph and ended in West Bridgewater when police performed a rolling road block maneuver on Route 24, said Randolph police Lieutenant John Hamelburg.

Singh was charged with multiple offenses, including failure to stop for a police officer and driving on a revoked license, said Hamelburg.

He was also charged with impersonating a police officer in March 2011, police said.
