A man suffered life-threatening injuries after being stabbed Thursday night in the Back Bay, police said.
David Estrada, a Boston police spokesman, said the stabbing occurred at about 10 p.m. near the corner of Boylston and Gloucester streets. He said the unidentified man was taken to Boston Medical Center, and that no arrests had been made.
Police were investigating inside of a Trader Joe’s store on Boylston near the corner.
The store entrance was sealed off with yellow tape, and an officer said no one from the command staff was available to comment. It was not clear late Thursday what touched off the stabbing. Further information was not immediately available.
