State Police arrest two in January parking garage brawl in downtown Boston

State Police have identified 12 suspects and arrested two in late January’s downtown parking garage brawl that left four people injured, after police announced today.

The victims reported to State Police they had been attacked by a group of 10 to 20 people while waiting to exit the State Transportation Building parking garage at 10 Park Plaza, State Police said in a statement. The suspects allegedly attacked four victims just before 3 a.m. on Jan. 27. Two men were severely beaten and transported to the hospital, while two women suffered minor injuries.

Trong Huynh, 25, of Quincy and Robert Tran, 27, of Randolph were arrested Tuesday and arraigned on charges including assault and battery and disorderly conduct.

Twelve other suspects have been identified and summonsed to Boston Municipal Court next month.

State Police are still working to identify three more individuals involved in the brawl.

The fight was captured on video by surveillance cameras and several onlookers, some of whom posted the footage online. In one version, posted to WorldStarHipHop.com, dozens of people are shown throwing punches in the parking garage.
