Mass. man faces gun, drunken driving charges in N.H.
A Massachusetts man faces charges for drunken driving and carrying a gun without a license after being pulled over in Manchester, N.H., New Hampshire State Police said.
A trooper patrolling Interstate 93 observed an erratically operated pickup truck driven by Nathan Dellecese, 23, of Fairhaven just after midnight today, State Police said in a statement. Dellecese allegedly showed signs of alcohol impairment, prompting the trooper to remove him from the truck.
During a pat-down, the trooper discovered a loaded .380-caliber handgun in Dellecese’s waistband and arrested him, police said.
Dellecese was charged with driving while intoxicated and carrying a firearm without a license, police said, and will be arraigned in Manchester Circuit Court on April 22.Lauren Dezenski can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org. Follow her on Twitter @Lauren_Dez.
