Police look for man who indecently assaulted child in East Boston
Boston police said they are looking for a man who indecently assaulted a child in East Boston Friday evening.
The assault took place on Waldemar Avenue around 6:46 p.m, police said in a statement.
The suspect, described as an overweight light-skinned Hispanic man in his 30s between 5-feet-5 and 5-feet-7, was seen in the area of the assault “for a while” prior to the incident, police said.
The man was wearing a white shirt with “Boston” on it in red, dark blue jean shorts, and a blue hat at the time of the assault, according to police.
No additional details were available late Friday night.
