Five loud college parties in the Mission Hill area were broken up by police this weekend, and multiple partygoers were summonsed to West Roxbury Muncipal Court for various alcohol-related offenses, Boston police said.

Between midnight and 2 a.m. Saturday, Boston police, working in partnership with Northeastern University police, visited five addresses around the Northeastern campus where students, some of them underage, were rowdy and drinking, police said.

At about 12:11 a.m., officers responded to a loud party on Darling Street, where loud music was playing and several dozen students were seen drinking, police said. After clearing the party, the three tenants of the house were summonsed to court on charges of being minors in possession of alcohol.

At 12:30 a.m., officers responded t0 a radio call for a loud party on Calumet Street. When they arrived, officers noticed the party was spilling outside of the apartment, with people on the street and sidewalk. Officers followed the loud music to the third floor, where they witnessed drinking by minors. Then they cleared the apartment, police said.

Two tenants of the Calumet Street residence will appear in court for supplying alcohol to minors and for being minors in possession of alcohol, police said.

Next, officers responded to 46 Alleghany St., where about 20 people were standing on a back porch, drinking alcohol. Beer bottles were scattered around the deck, police said. Once officers entered the residence, they observed nearly 70 people crammed into all rooms of the apartment, many of whom appeared to be under 21, police said.

Officers attempted to find the tenants of the apartment to no avail, and cleared the party, police said.

Right after 1 a.m., police arrived at 680 Parker St., where they observed two young males, later identified as under the legal drinking age, with open containers of alcohol. They will appear in court for drinking alcohol in public, as well as for being minors in possession of alcohol, police said.

At 2 a.m., police responded to a report of a loud party at 63 Wait St. Police saw several kegs and loud speakers, and summonsed the tenants to court for supplying minors with alcohol and being minors in possession of alcohol.
