Driver charged with OUI after vehicle hits pedestrian in Dorchester
A 39-year-old woman was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence after she struck a pedestrian in Dorchester on Sunday night, authorities said.
Kathleen Abban, of Dorchester, was arrested about 7:30 p.m. near the JFK/UMass MBTA station, according to State Police Trooper Nicole Morrell.
The pedestrian was transported to Boston Medical Center, but Morrell said she did not know the extent of the pedestrian’s injuries.
