Is it a refreshing cocktail or a refreshing dessert? It's two, two treats in one. Here's the recipe from Jenna Pollock, bar director at Nebo Cucina & Enoteca:
- 1 oz VT Distillers organic lemon vodka
- 3/4 oz Sogno Limoncello
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- Blood orange sorbet
- Fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced (chiffonade)
In a shaker over ice, combine vodka, limoncello, and lemon juice. Shake until cold. Pour over a scoop of blood orange sorbet and top with prosecco and basil.
