We have begun to set up Setting The Space #3!
For the past three years Blair and Will at Setting The Space have worked tirelessly opening stores #1 and #2. A natural tangent spinning furiously off the creative wheel of spokes, the retail spaces were a proverbial no-brainer.

The duo's hugely successful staging realm screamed for retail. Home staging packages put in to homes to help properties sell were being bought with the homes. So why not open retail spaces to sell these unique home products?!
Mashpee Commons is a self-contained, quaint little "village" of storefronts on several blocks of streets plucked out of another era. There is a small town, somewhat metropolitan feel to this area with an upscale vibe. Our neighbors are world class restaurants, tony little design boutiques, as well as places like Pottery Barn, Williams-Sonoma, GAP and others.

The inspiration for our new store? We have already had an ongoing passionate and illicit love affair with anything "coastal chic", so the tryst needed to continue!
Our new store's walls are the color of the deepest blue ocean on a gray day somewhere near Nantucket. Or France. Or the Amalfi coast.
We imbued this feeling with areas of coquettish wall coverings featuring pufferfish, traditional flourishes, and crazy geometrics.

An influx of more continental touches such as owls, cherry blossom branches and giant weathered lanterns replete with realistic, flickering, flameless candles complete the look of shop #3.

Custom furniture all made in the United States to clients' specifications as well as many one-of-a-kind objets d' art have made Setting The Space a destination shopping event.

Design services, window treatments, artwork, carpets and lighting are just a few of the things offered at this crazy-fun place called Setting The Space.
