Conan O’Brien and Piers Morgan bound for Boston for cable conference

The cable crowd is coming. The National Cable & Telecommunications Association is holding its annual three-day conference in Boston May 21-23, and that means all manner of cable industry mucky mucks are about to descend on us, from corporate kahunas (AOL CEO Tim Armstrong and Verizon Wireless CEO Dan Mead), talk show hosts (Conan O’Brien, Chris Matthews, and Piers Morgan) and assorted others we sometimes stumble upon with our remote control (actor Edward Burns and “Noticiero Univision” co-anchor Maria Elena Salinas.) The event is being held at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center.
