Granite State native Adam Sandler — who’s been in Marblehead shooting “Grown Ups 2” — appeared with Andy Samberg at the MTV Movie Awards and Spike TV’s Guy’s Choice Awards to promote their Massachusetts-made comedy, “That’s My Boy.” “Hunger Games” star Alexander Ludwig, who’s appearing with Sandler in the second “Grown Ups,” tweeted last week that he’d be flying from the local set to the awards show in Sandler’s private jet. Not bad, right? Mila Kunis and local guy Mark Wahlberg were also at both awards shows to promote their Boston-based comedy, “Ted,” which comes out later this month. They were joined at the Spike TV taping by their director, Seth MacFarlane.
