When you look at this photograph of the chefs who participated in the 2012 Taste of WGBH Food & Wine Festival, you have to wonder . . . were all of Boston’s restaurant kitchens empty on Thursday night? The chefs, who cooked up treats for 400 guests at WGBH’s studios on Thursday, are Rich Garcia (606 Congress), Sean Lizotte (Henrietta’s Table), Frank McClelland (L'Espalier), Robert Sisca (Bistro du Midi),
