With Mario Testino’s sexy-chic photo exhibition at the Museum of Fine Arts drawing some of the biggest names in fashion for Wednesday’s glitzy gala, it comes as little surprise that the sultan of stilettos is paying Boston a visit the day before. Renowned French designer Christian Louboutin — known around the world for the distinctive red soles on his luxurious high-heel shoes — will be at Saks Fifth Avenue at the Prudential Center Tuesday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. to toast his 20th anniversary and chat with his many shoe- (and bag-) obsessed fans. Louboutin is a favorite of such red-carpet denizens as Sarah Jessica Parker, Blake Lively, and Lady Gaga.
