WCVB-TV’s Susan Wornick and the New England Council’s Jim Brett were the honorees at Bridgewell’s “Imagine the Possibilities” gala over the weekend. To the delight of the crowd, Wornick was reunited onstage with her former husband, longtime TV sportscaster Bob Lobel, who emceed the event at the Seaport Hotel. . . . The Jewish Community Centers of Greater Boston’s annual winter bash should be fun and funny this year. The JCC has lined up “Saturday Night Live” anchor man Seth Meyers to speak at the event, which takes place Dec. 2 at the InterContinental Boston. So soon after the election, Meyers should have plenty of good material.
