Folk legend Tom Rush, who’ll celebrate 50 years of making music with a show at Symphony Hall on Dec. 28, stopped by the Globe and Boston.com Monday (inset) for a “Live in the Lab” session. The Symphony Hall show was the result of a Kickstarter campaign, the fifth most successful music campaign the fund-raising site has ever done. . . .
