Tony Award-winning director John Tiffany — a onetime fellow at the Radcliffe Institute who’s now directing the ART production of Tennessee Williams ’s “The Glass Menagerie,” sat down with ART artistic director Diane Paulus this week to talk about creativity, the artistic process, and how they managed to convince Cherry Jones to star in “The Glass Menagerie” over her strenuous objections.
