Local designer Cibeline Sariano and her daughter Josephine Dillon kept busy on Valentine’s Day by supporting Eve Ensler’s One Billion Rising campaign, which aims to raise awareness about violence against women all over the world. Sariano, who used to have a retail shop on Charles Street and now makes custom designs, donated 10 percent of all sales from trunk shows during the day to the One Billion Rising cause.
