Jennifer Lawrence coming to Boston for David O. Russell movie?

It looks like Oscar-nominee Jennifer Lawrence, a.k.a. Katniss Everdeen, is coming to Boston. “The Hunger Games” and “Silver Lining Playbook” actress (inset) has been cast as Christian Bale’s wife in David O. Russell’s upcoming movie about the Abscam scandal, according to Deadline.com. The film, which takes place during the late ’70s/early ’80s, is set to shoot around Boston this spring. Lawrence’s “Silver Linings” love interest, Bradley Cooper, also stars in the film, as does Amy Adams — who worked with Russell in “The Fighter — and Newton-bred comedian Louis C.K.
