The New Kids on the Block — who will perform two shows with 98 Degrees and Boyz II Men at the TD Garden in June as part of “The Package” tour — announced Tuesday that they’ll also host a record release party for their new album, “10,” at the Orpheum Theatre on March 30. Tickets are available Saturday. If you’re a member of the New Kids fan club “Block Nation” you can get them on Wednesday. We imagine that this event will sell out fast because, after all, the Orpheum only holds 2,700, and Donnie Wahlberg probably has at least that many family members and close friends in Boston. The album “10,” not to be confused with “Ten” (that’s Pearl Jam), is due out April 2.
