Actress and singer Megan Mullally hung with Wilbur Theatre boss Bill Blumenreich during her local gig with her act Nancy & Beth’s over the weekend. . . . Former “American Idol” finalist Siobhan Magnus and former Bruin Derek Sanderson were among the VIPs at the 8th Annual Cape Cod St. Patrick’s Parade on Saturday. . . . Olympian and “Dancing With the Stars” contestant Aly Raisman is getting used to the prime-time, reality competition limelight. The gold medalist tweeted on Monday morning, “Wait.... Since when is there paparazzi in Needham?? #random #frazzled.”
