Handel and Haydn Society has a ball at the Mandarin

The Handel and Haydn Society had its Society Ball at the Mandarin Oriental on Saturday night. Guests at the affair included Improper Bostonian Editor Andrew Rimas, who was surrounded by the Bielkus sisters (Zara, Siga, and Vyda); PR maven Jan Saragoni; Governor Deval Patrick, WGBH’s Jared Bowen; and Massachusetts Cultural Council board member Rosamond Vaule. The live auction for the night included lunch with opera star Eric Owens in New York City and a morning at WGBH with Laura Carlo. The silent auction included various trips, art pieces, and a baseball signed by Clay Buchholz .
