Pats receiver Julian Edelman tweeted a picture of himself and actor Bradley Cooper paying a visit to the bedside at Boston Medical Center of Jeff Bauman Jr., who lost both legs below the knee in the bombings that killed three and wounded dozens of others at the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Cooper, who’s in town shooting a movie with director David O. Russell, is smiling as Bauman gives a thumbs-up, clutching a ball given to him by Edelman. Cooper also attended the interfaith service on Thursday where President Obama paid tribute to the bombing victims and their families. The Russell film, called “American Hustle,” is on hiatus while authorities look for the other bombing suspect. “The production is heeding the Governor’s request to remain indoors,” a SONY spokesperson told Deadline.com.
