A tapestry of appearances for Carole King

We’re going to be seeing a lot of Carole King in the coming weeks. The singer, who’s among a long list of all-stars set to perform at TD Garden May 30 in a benefit for The One Fund, will also be at Agganis Arena Saturday to receive an honorary doctor of music degree at the Berklee College of Music commencement. (Also getting honorary degrees from Berklee president Roger Brown will be Willie Nelson and Annie Lennox.) Friday, King will be at Porter Square Books talking about — and signing — her memoir, “A Natural Woman.” And next week, we’re told, King will hang around for a few more days to make campaign appearances on behalf of Democratic US Senate candidate Ed Markey.
