Century Bank’s Sloanes honored by Catholic Charities

At its annual spring gala at the JFK Library this week, Catholic Charities honored Marshall and Barbara Sloane, founders of Century Bank. Cardinal Sean O’Malley (pictured with Marshall Sloane), archbishop of the Boston Archdiocese, said the Sloanes come from the “venerable Jewish tradition of repairing the world through action that improves the lives of others.”
