It was a big birthday week for Toad, the tiny club in Porter Square where Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder once jammed with former Red Sox GM Theo Epstein and Bill Janovitz, just for kicks. For its 20th anniversary, the intimate venue featured performances by the White Owls, Jesse Dee, Dana Colley from Morphine, the other Dee band (Jenny Dee and the Deelinquents), Session Americana, and Fandango, featuring Fred Bajie Griffeth, who, like many artists who play Toad, wound up working his way into the audience. Anniversary events wrapped up on Sunday.
