Some high-profile locals were at the Hollywood premiere party for the HBO movie “Clear History” on Wednesday night. Joining the stars of the comedy (among them Larry David, Michael Keaton, Amy Ryan, and Kate Hudson) were Red Sox chairman Tom Werner and Boston night life magnate Patrick Lyons. We’re told that the night’s festivities were held in a parking lot that resembled the Martha’s Vineyard Agricultural Fair (the movie is set on the Vineyard), and included a performance by the band Chicago. The comedy, filmed on the North Shore last fall, premieres Aug. 10.
