The new dating app known as Hinge hosted a groovy launch party at Good Life on Kingston Street the other night, with a DJ set by James “J-Patt” Patterson and Ben “B-Roc” Ruttner of the Knocks. Touting itself as the Match.com for young professionals in the mobile era, Hinge was founded by Harvard Business School grad Justin McLeod, who launched the app earlier this year in D.C. with $625,00 from investors, including 500 Startups and Piedmont Capital.
