Chef Jody Adams was the honoree at the Greater Boston Food Bank’s annual Women Fighting Hunger breakfast the other day. Adams, the owner/chef at Rialto and Trade, was honored for efforts to raise money and awareness for GBFB and its mission of ending hunger in the Bay State. . . . Volunteers from Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, the Celtics, and City Year spruced up Holland Elementary School, Harbor Middle School, and the Geneva Cliffs Urban Wild nature sanctuary Friday, while new C’s coach Brad Stevens, assistant coach Walter McCarty, and a few players, including rookie Kelly Olynyk, conducted a basketball clinic for Holland and Harbor students.
